When I worked on my 57, I used the information in the 'How to Rebuild Your Small Block Chevy' by David Vizard, the 1957 Car Shop Manual, and the Corvette Servicing Guide. The intake spec is 20 lbs-ft (this spec is not specific for the 2x4 manifold).Good luck trying to get a 1/2" drive torque wrench on all the bolts. Make sure you use weather strip adhesive on the front and rear intake gaskets (gasket to block). Use Permatex Ultra Copper for your other sealing needs. The water pump is 25-35 lbs-ft. Use thread sealer on the water pump bolts that enter the water jacket. The other items you asked about are usually tightened by 'feel'(I'm sure there are specs somewhere). It realy is best to have some type of book or manual to help guide you through the process, since there are numerous 'tricks' that insure good results. Good luck!
