Here we go again with the 3810 problems! Now, the car sits for about a week or so, when I go to set the choke by depressing the accelerator to the floor, I get the pedal about halfway and it stops, then I can force it by that sticky spot and go the rest of the way. Oddly enough, it doesn't do it any more that day and the throttle linkage functions as it should while driving. I put some Lock-Ease oil on the secodary throttle plates where they rest against the secondary bores (I have the linkage tricked up to open secondaries mechanically) and it pretty much corrected the problem. But, the next time, it did the same thing.I'm concerned that I may be stressing something (T/plates, linkage, etc.) and will eventually cause damage. I live in a humid environment, could it be corrosion? It never happened before.
