    1967 OWNERS MANAUL/POP BOOK

    I HAVE A 1967 CORVETTE CONV WITH A BUILD DATE OF F03 AND VIN # OF 194677S170218, WHICH IS THE CORRECT OWNERS MANUAL AND POP WARRANTY BOOK? THE FIRST OR SECOND EDITION..THANKS MARK

    Well either you are mistaken with the VIN # or you have the last 67 Corvette. Assuming that the correct VIN # is S120218 a second edition owners manual would be correct. Protecto plate books were made up for each individual car. I'm not aware of editions of protectoplate books.

      You're right Brian. With "F" being January, no combination of numbers makes sense. Too many digits. 70xx maybe. Then a First Edition would be needed.

        I'm not that much of a midyear guy--but if they made 70,000+ 67's, does that mean that there are only about 40,000 67 "original" big blocks? That makes the 50,000 plus 79's pretty rare, doesn't it?
