How to tell original seats/door trim

Is there anyway to tell if I have original door trim and seats in my '62? The door trim is in nice condition but needs a little care. At the upper corners they have sortof unfolded.

The seats look perfect except for a tiny tiny burn hole. The foam needs replacing because it is falling out into the covertible storage area.

They are at least 15 years old since that is how long I have owned it.
