The starter relay used for 1961 Corvettes with Powerglide was GM #1116904. The same part was also used for all 1956-60 Corvettes with Powerglide. However, it was not used for any other GM application---it was a Corvette-only piece. It was discontinued from SERVICE in April, 1981. I don't know if there are other units on the market which might be a replacement for it.

The neutral start safety switch for 1961 Corvettes was, indeed, GM #1993520. It was used "almost" exclusively for 1961 Corvettes with Powerglide although it did have one other application. That application was 1961-62 Chevrolet series 10 trucks with cab forward chassis. I don't think that you'll find too many of those around, though. This switch was discontinued from SERVICE in July, 1972.
