    1966 interior leak, update

Thanks for all the excellent advice.
I also noted an opening in the firewire where some wiring passed through. Using auto silicone caulking, this greatly improved the leak.
Water was also entering the car through the drivers side air vent. I took this apart, and ran water through the hood grill at the wiper arm. Water pooled in a dead space just outside the vent, then poured in. The drain hole for this dead space was clogged by, among other debris, fiberglass, various clips, nut and bolts and a small wrench! If others have noted water pouring in through their air vents, please check the patency of the drain hole in this dead space.
