    Carburaetor color on holleys?

I have a tripower setup for a 68 big block and am wondering what is the correct dichromate coloring for the carbs? I saw a ebay add for a carb that said it had all four correct shades of the di-chromate color on the restored carbs. Is this correct and if so can someone describe which main parts are the darker shades to the lighter shades or is it correct for it to be the same shade on everything? Thanks in advance'

    Sheldon:

I have a NOS '71 4150 LS-6 carburetor, the bowls and main body are a slighly different shade then the two main metering blocks.

I would be skeptical, if there were any original carburetors that were uniform in coloring across the board on every individual piece, once completely assembled as a unit.
