Glenn,
As promised, a snap of my original 67 coupe hardware for inner quarter panel. I have the #450 blue/white interior as you can see by the pinch weld cap, also original paint except for Mongo's(Bubba's brother) wonky tough up work with model paint brush. Both screws painted body color.
The panel is original with a #18 stamped on back in black ink with a pinkish/red spray adheasive holding vinyl down onto cardboard.
The 3/8" hexhead(E) bolt goes through carpet into fiberglass side on bottom. Next to that is smallest of the three screws that also goes through carpet into side. The two remaining longer screws go through 'eyelets' in panel into metal brace on middle and a 'u' bolt/type at top around folded end. Good luck!
