    Car Cover

Does anyone have any comments on Corvette America's 'Tan Flannel' car cover?
I am looking for a soft cover for indoor use only. Only downside to this cover is that there isn't a hole for the antenna. Any suggestions on indoor covers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Mike -

I use California Car Cover "Plushweave" covers during winter storage - gray cotton outside, plush flannel on the inside, won't scratch paint. Car covers generally don't come with antenna holes; just unscrew your mast, put the cover on, mark the hole location, remove the cover, punch the hole, and apply the circular reinforcement they provide.

I have used that cover for years, for the money you can not beat it, you will get a lot out of those covers it is not that hard to put in the antenna hole.

I have one and I love it. It's very soft on the inside.

Is the outside also flannel, and if so, doesn't it attract dirt? Is it a single or double layer cover. I was thinking that a smooth outer layer would be better, like the one John mentioned. Is it thick enough to protect the car from minor bumps (I have children with bikes and scooters!)?

Which cover do you have, the "Tan Flannel" of the "Plushweave"?

The outside is a thick woven cotton. Only the inside is the soft flannel. Overall, the cover is quite thick. It will protect against minor bumps etc. I have the tan flannel from Corvette America. I bought one for my wifes car from a different supplier. It was the same quality but a different color. Jim
