I know that the DC ralley wheels for 67 are 15x6 with a ;06 offset, My question is if any of the 15x7 ralleys will fit without having any problems

Re: C2 ralley wheels
The '68 7" Corvette Rally wheels have -0.28" offset, so they effectively push the outside of the tire outboard by about 0.34" relative to the 6"Corvette Rally wheels, so unless you mount a short, dorky looking tire, you'll have to trim the fender lips, which I would not recommend if the car is still fairly original.
IIRC the 7" Rally wheels used on Camaros and Monte Carlos have closer to zero offset, but those may interfere with the ends of the rear leaf spring. That's why the Corvette Rally wheels have negative offset.

Re: C2 ralley wheels
Along the issue of the 7" Monte Carlo wheels, when I got my '68, someone had replaced the original 7" with Monte Carlo wheels. They cleared, although F70-15 bias tires on 7" rims were not nearly as good as a 60 series on 8" rims for handling, so I changed them relatively soon.
Needing wheels for my '63 while working on it, I put the F70-15s on 7" Monte Rally wheels on it and found that the wheels hit the spring. Only with a wheel spacer do they work on the rear and then if the car is on jackstands or otherwise in the air, the wheels hang such that they contact the spring again and will not turn.
So there is some minor difference in the '63 vs the '68 rear and the wheels I would not recommend on the C2 unless you check all of this carefully first. While the spacers work in my application (garage time), they are not what I would consider safe for road use because I only get about 4 turns on a lug nut.
As an aside, I had a friend who ran a G60-15 on Corvette 8 inch Rally wheels on his '66 coupe. I don't remember if he trimmed the inner lip, but the fenders looked stock. Some vintage racers squeeze a lot under because they 1. trim the lip, 2. install the fender panel with creative bending, or 3. install fenders that look stock but actually bow out an extra inch. So don't look at vintage race cars at a show and assume you can do the same tire/wheel combo on your stock Corvette.- Top
