      Whoever SHE is.

She could buff the paint on my car any day. Of course she would have had to straddle the tee bar OUCH!

        Joe -

The guy in the '53 looks a little like Ed Teske, the General Superintendent - Ed never smiled about anything

              John

While at Bloomington this week..a long time friend from St.Louis and former neighbor..showed me a folder of original St.Louis Corvette Plant pictures that he received from Ed Teskes son.

The folder included more pictures of the day the 250,000th car was photograhed and also included 2-3 pictures showing about 36 57's parked between 2 trains..possibly in Colorado. I need to research this picture some more.

There was also a picture of what appeared to be a press photo of a 53 or 54. The car had what appeared to be a key lock or push button door mechanisim.

Then when I saw the EX122 in the Special Collection..it has an outside key lock. Same body as the car in the picture?

                Joe -

There was a post in the last month or so on the CRPL list from a '54 owner who has owned the car since 1956 who said his car had outside electric pushbutton door releases too when he bought it (with old Delco actuators that appeared to have been professionally installed, not by Bubba), and he wondered how many cars might have had that done, possibly by Chevrolet. Could be that car.

                  Joe:

Saw that photo album also. Very impressive pictures. There were several other pictures of the girl sitting in the 250,000th Corvette. Many different poses and locations.
