Special PA plates

Is there any interest form members in the PA area in getting special PA plates for some type of Corvette Club? There is a 300 plate minimum, but the organization could make several thousand dolars for charity. The setup charge is $500 and a $2.50 cost per plate. Most organizations charge $35 for the plates (in addition to normal plate cost).
Is there enough NCRS members in PA? I am trying to contact the NCCC and NCM also.
What do others think?

Will this plate be "regular" or antique?

I currently list my vette as antique and greatly dislike the Purple PA antique plate scheme.

Either way, I think a Corvette specialty plate would be very nice. With or without NCRS as the sponsoring organization. I'd like to see the equivelant of the PA railroad background, but with a corvette or the word CORVETTE.

They would be regular plates. PA does have new antique plates see link below.
