71 LS5 Rad Expansion Tank?

I would like to clarify what is the correct Expansion tank for a 1971 LS% car without airconditioning? I beleive it should be the regular aluminum tank but have read different senarios in books. The Judging Guide the way i read says it is aluminum.
Also the rad shroud is a two piece unit, on mine there is a steel plate on the bottom with 4 bolts holding it together. What about the top side where the split is. Anything there?

it would be a aluminum tank that is on the LS5 with out AC. the short round tank, not the long brass tank as on AC cars

All non-C-60 Corvette big blocks during the 69-72 period used an aluminum radiator supply tank. This was the same tank as used for all 1968-72 Corvette small blocks with aluminum radiator.

I've not seen a 2-piece shroud for 1971 big blocks. The only shroud I've ever seen on these cars is the GM #3956119. This is a one-piece plastic shroud. There may have been others, but this is the only one I've ever seen used.
