If you want all relatively original parts, then I'd just go with Delco. All of the items which you mentioned are still available from Delco. However, you don't need to worry about points and condensors. 1976 used HEI ignition and there were no points or condensors used or needed for tune up. The cap and rotor may be required, though, and they are available from Delco.
For a more-or-less stock, street engine the Delco parts will work just fine. I have an affinity for Champion spark plugs, though. I've never had good luck in a Chevrolet engine with AC plugs (except my 1992 Corvette; those work well). I've tried many others but always felt that Champion were best.
So, what am I going to use in the "ZL-1"? Champion.
