    Max Lead 2000

I own a '66 L72 and for fuel requirements I mix 5 gallons of 116 octane racing fuel and top it off with premium pump gas and the car runs fine. We'll, as you can imagine, the cost of the racing fuel has gotten very expensive ($6.99 per gallon) and I'm looking at alternative's including using Max Lead 2000 with premium pump gas and doing away with the racing fuel. I would like to hear from people on the DB who run their high compression engines with Max Lead 2000 as to what your experience has been, pro and con. Thanks

Most L-72 engines will do quite well on the high test unleaded and skip the extras.
