'67 Tank Build Sheet. Weird line item.

In trying to decode my build sheet I have a few questions:

    1) Where is zone #13?

    2) Dealer is 000. What does that mean?

    3) Last item in the description (of course there is a few rips) reads

    J GRAZAN H A B CHEVY

This info was typed just like the other items. There is a rip going though the "G" and the "R" and after the "A" that is by itself. Not 100% sure about the "R" in GRAZAN by the way. The word "stock" was hand written right below as well.

The Protect-O-Plate list the owner in SCENERYRILL, PA. Since there is no such place, I think it means SCENERY HILL, PA.

    Thanks!!!

      Thanks Donald.

Is there '67 build sheet experts out there I could contact that might have more information on items 2 & 3?

      Thanks again.

        Hello Jeff,
The 1967 tank sheet 13-000. That is the zone office code for the Pittsburgh, PA
office. The car might have been for an employee of GM.
        Regards,
        Drew Papsun

Hi Drew, That Triple "0" in the dealer code space usually meant a vehicle that was to be billed to the Zone Office. Vehicles so billed were usually meant for auto shows or other "special events" such as Ride'n Drives. If it were for employee purchase or "brass hat" (company car) use it would still have the code for the the "Charge To" or "ship to" dealer spelled out.
          Regards, Don

A few folks have asked for a copy of the sheet. So I made a scan of it. Link is below.

Details tri pwr option but does not clarify 400 or 435 hp

According to the tank sticker it is a L68 400 hp car. The 400hp cars were listed as a 390 hp with a separate line for the tri power option. The 435 hp cars were listed as a 427 435hp turbo jet. Is it possible the last line is the dealer it was sent to before it was exported. I am pretty sure I have another 67 order copy with the same line. I will look in my file.

It shows L68 in the code but it does not specify 400hp conversion in the description.

It looks like it was delivered to the PA zone office.

                            Later '67 tank stickers show:
                            (under Type) Comfort & Con.

                            02L68AA CONV 390 TO 400 HP

                            An L68 is definitely a 400HP car
