C6-R Rock Lime Rock 1&2 in class.

We took our C6 to watch the C6R race at Lime Rock. Both these clips shows the no name uphill curve to the chicane. TURN UP the volume as this Corvette Thunder really Rocks. The Big Dogs sound so different than the buzzing mosquitoes, really. TURN IT UP The second clip has both C6R’s with some of the mosquitoes. You could close your eyes and know when the Corvettes went by. The ex-works C5R Menard car came in 5th in class. Acoustically its like the C6R. Great V8 music.

PS Full report later. Will work for race fumes. Don’t complain about the professional cameraman, our budget is tight. Donations accepted I want to go to the Sonoma race in 2 weeks.

Hell yes Clem. Machine Silver 6 speed. Special COPO Oak interior, Turbo , Quattro valve. Here is a shot from the cockpit looking East right down the main straight after the race ended. The pits and control tower at Lime Rock are ahead. Did the entire event on one set of Michelins and a splash of fuel. I had my usual co-pilot. No podium finish this weekend, but we will keep trying.

Thanks for the videos. That's my favorite place to watch at Lime Rock. Also, I never got a chance to say "It was great to meet you at the LI event a few weeks ago." So now I've said it.
