    Does anyone know a source for the flat top aluminum rivets that are used to fasten the spare tire bucket to the steel "V" strap?

          John:

          Doc Rebuild has the correctly configured rivets "without the concentric circles" on the heads, at least, when I last looked. LICS, CC, Zip and many others have them with the grooves (which are easily removed, if that is your pleasure).

              Thanks for the info. Both resources have been helpful. I expect to have rivets in hand by the end of the week.
