Jeff -

You can't post photos directly from your computer - they have to be "hosted" on an internet site, and you insert the URL of the image in the "Optional Image URL" box below the box you type in to have the photo pop up with your post, or insert the URL and a title in the two "link" boxes to create a clickable link to a hosted image that appears with your post.
