    Asphalt Paint Equivilent

    I was just wondering if anyone knows of a equivalent formula from PPG,Dupont,Etc for this asphalt based paint. I was going to order Quanta's but then realized that they can't ship it up to Canada. What I'm concerned with is getting the proper shade and gloss as the original frame paint for my 69. This way I can just run down to the local body shop and have them mix it for me and I'll be done. Thanks.

      I have heard of restorers using Dupont Imron that is flatten with 15% Dupont 903-S flattener. The shade and gloss is quite good and is more durable the the original paint.

          I believe that PPG DAU 9300 flattened to "eggshell" by the chart on the can of the flattener will work very well.
