    Numbers question for Joe L.

Joe, I'm sure this is your favorite subject, but here goes anyway... Pulleys. I've searched the archives and found a whole bunch of info on most of the correct pulleys for a 1965 L79/N40/C60. I have a copy of the AIM, but I need a little help on service replacement numbers(if any). I do recall you mentioned some odd-ball combinations and I may have one of those situations.
Here's what I've got so far:
Deep 2 groove crank pulley #5858533(not sure if this is original or service).
    Add-on crank pulley #3827843(AIM), using #14023153(service?)
Deep 2 groove H2O pump pulley #3995641(not sure if this is original or service)
    P/S pump pulley #3868892(AIM), using #3770509(service?)
Deep groove Alt pulley #3846180 (not sure if this is original or service)
When I put this whole mess together, the PS pump pulley is 1/4" too far back (towards the block) to line up with the crank add-on pulley. If I shim the pump out to line up the pulleys, then the Alt belt has less that 1/8" clearance to the pump and shield (maybe that's why that Alt belt is so skinny).
Is there some odd-ball pulley or spacer out there that I missed? All the mountings are for the stock 65 L79/N40/C60 combination including the exhaust manifolds. I've been trying to figure this out for about 2 months now. I have accumulated quite a collection of new L79 pulleys, but no combination has been correct yet.

Re: Numbers question for Joe L.

Just to explain my whole reason for asking this question... The base engine crank 2 groove pulley is 1/4" shorter from the outer lip to the balancer than the deep groove L79 pulley.
The add-on crank pulleys for the base engine and for the L79 have different "cone" depths (to account for the 1/4" difference in the crank pulleys), but lip to lip are the same width, adding the same increase in overall length.
Therefore, with the L79 crank pulley setup (now 3 grooves) being 1/4" longer, pulley lip to balancer, than the base 3 groove setup, it just doesn't make sense that the 3770509 PS pump pulley would fit both applications without something else being moved.
