    Sticky interior panels

I'm sure I'm the only one that doesn't know the answer to this, but what can take the stickiness off of the interior plastic panels on my '73....a car that sat unmoved in a garage for about 18 years. I've tried simple stuff that I've felt is pretty safe, but I can't seem to get rid of it. Ideas? Thanks.

    Lonnie,

I had the same problem with a GTO that I restored. If I remember right, I used some Simple Green on a cloth and rubbed LIGHTLY. Also left it outside in dry weather with the all of the windows open. You may never totally get rid of it. I think it is due to sitting closed up for so many years.
