I can not get my knock offs loose? Is there a pin on mine or should I just hammer harder? I do not have origionals, but how do I tell if they are westerns while they are still on the car?

Remove the center cap. I use a small screwdriver and pop it right out. If there is a pin you will see it, and if you tried to remove the spinner without removing the it, the pin is jamed. If so, hammer the the spinner in the ON direction and attempy to remove the pin. If you can not get the pin out it is easly drilled. The pin is aluminum. Once the pin is removed the spinner will come off. Never say never but I thought all aftermarket KO wheels had the pins. Origional KO did not. -

Just an added thought. Mine are repop. They have grooves for the pins. I dind't install same as it is my belief that if the spinners move at all, they will shear off the aluminum pins.
I'm not sure what you are trying to take them off with but I'm truly amazed at the number of people that put them on with a rubber mallet.Comment

-------If your Knock-offs are the pinned versions ditch the aluminum pins and use hardened, rolled pins of a similar diameter. You can find them at any good hardware store and they will not self-destruct like the aluminum pins. If removal is at all difficult you can thread a small diameter sheet-metal screw into the center of the rolled pin and use that to pull the pin out. Did this to many customers cars over the years and never had a complaint! Hope this helps.........Bill SComment
