Can Anyone Identify the Location of this Dealer?

I recently was looking through the glove compartment of my father's '67 Corvette that he is getting ready to sell and found a dealers warranty pamphlet. It is from Cochran & Celli Chevrolet located at 12th & Harrison Street, Oakland, but Oakland where???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a Harrison street in Oakland in 16 different states but the only one that has an intersection, "Harrison & 12th", is Oakland, California.

Oakland California. I bought my new 83 Chevrolet S-10 pickup from them. And I currently work just a few blocks from the original building. They moved out of that location some years ago, to I believe Broadway (still Oakland, the latest "auto row"). The last time I drove by that location, I think the name had changed again, though still Chevrolet/GM.
