    '63-'67 SMALL BLOCK IGNTION SHIELDING

Did the '63-'65 small block upper ignition shielding have a higher curved area to fit around a fuel injection distributor, as compared to the same, lower area on the '66-'67 shielding?

    Rob,

Supposedly, the new for 66 ignition shielding was designed to clear the also new for 66 larger open element air cleaner.

My 64 shielding was used for both carb and FI. There was a clip in the back that was moved from one slot to another to ground the 2 different tach drive cables. I believe 63 and 65 were this way also.
