    63 Heater Blower Motor Problem

My blower motor works on the slow speed, but if I turn the knob to the second or third position, there is nothing. Where should I be checking?

My late 63 has both the main connector coming into a capacitor then to the blower motor. There is a separate ground wire going to a spade on one of the outer screws. I checked the switch as well as the connector to the reostat on the back of the inner heater box but still nothing happening. This is with the car cold and not running.

Any suggestions I had to nail this down? Note that this is a newly restored motor and I just reinstalled it and hooked up the wires. I could have done something wrong ;-)

    Thanks

The gound for the heater motor and the wipers are both on a black wire to the starter bolt. Lots of times people dont get it hooked back up when they do motor work.

Ground is hooked to the starter. IS there a test procedure for the resiter? I'll check the FSM again but I didn't see one when I went thought it before.

        Thanks
