    61 suspension rebuild

Replacing the bushings, seals, shafts, etc. on my 61. Got a kit from Kanter. While installing the upper pivot pin bushings and torqueing to specs, I noticed the bushing shoulders lacked reaching the seals by about 1/8". I did receive 2 extra set of seals for some reason. They surely wouldn't intend to use 2 seals per side.
I had another set of bushings from CC and the shoulder length was longer therefore reaching and seating up against the seal. I suppose I could use those but would rather figure out what the helk is going on. Anyone ever encounter this before?
    Thanks
    Leon
