'66 inner fender upper seals

Hello,

How exactly are the front and rear upper seals on inner fenders installed? Can these be replaced or do they fit over the top edge of the inner fender?

They go over the edge and are stapled. You can replace them, but with some difficulty.

The previous explanation , although 100% correct, should have the " some difficulty ", replaced by " ENORMOUS difficulty ".
