Frank, it should be two bolt main block. The build date of your car is right at the beginning of the use of the 512 block, maybe a week or so early, but I think that any of the three blocks would work
While I suppose that anything is possible, I have never seen a real low horsepower 427 4-bolt block. I have seen a couple of restoration engines done with 4-bolts though. I have only been looking at them since 1969.
