Va. plate NCRS

We are in the process of relocating to the Virginia Beach area from Buffalo, NY (what a stroke of good fortune, I know). Anyway, I saw a Dodge Pick up this morning, license plate was "NCRS". Would like to contact this person if anyone has details.

Another funny thing - I have an Ermine white L-78 coupe w/side pipes. We just purchased a new home in Va Beach yesterday and I noticed an ermine white 65 coupe WITH SIDE PIPES parked in the driveway of the home DIRECTLY BEHIND our new home. Won't this guy be suprised when we move in? When I back mine out of the moving van in April, this poor soul will probably get his shotgun out, thinking someone is stealing his! What a way to meet the neighbors.
