    master cylinder

The correct M/C was installed on my power brake 67. The brake is somewhat spongy, But the wheels will lock. The M/C was bench bled. Is some fade in the ballpark? Thank, Don

    Don -

If the pedal is "spongy", there's still some air in the system - bleed it again.

Had the same problem with my 68 a few months ago and it turned out to be air even though I thought I had bled it all out. I let it sit overnight and bled again the next day and a little more air came out and everything was perfect thereafter.
