    Seat belt Bolts

I am working on a 64 and outer seat belt bolts are rusted to the nuts and just spinning, how can I get to the nut to remove and replace with new?

I am not that familiar with that year. But, can you grind the head off the bolt? Isn't the nut portion under the floor pan? Sorry I am not much help. If it is hidden under a frame rail, the job will be tough.

If you grind it off, try to use a die grinder and do a little at a time not to generate too much heat. I have one on my air compressor and it makes stuff like that go fast. If the bolt screws into a nut plate and the nut broke loose, you might want to remove and repair the whole nut plate. Like I said, I am totally unfamiliar with 64's.
