I wasn't serious. I was saying "looks good" in hopes that everyone would get a grin out of it. The grain, or lack thereof, is hopelessly incorrect and resembles nothing that ever came out of any engine plant. Originally, it would have been dead straight, front to back, and was not made up of thin lines as the one in his photo.
Hope the guys that are keeping records on all the engine stamp pads record this one. I think this one deserves some sort of award. Probably the only Flint assembled 435 in the country today. (it will be restamped more correctly next month)
