Would anyone know the GM part number for the dust cover on a 67 BB bellhousing? Thanks for the help.

The original bell housing lower cover for this application, GM #3843943, is still available. It currently GM lists for $16.65.

Bear in mind, though, that I believe that the current issue part is slightly different than the original, probably as a result of an engineering change to the original part specifications. This change involves the addition of two, integral "clips" at the upper radius of the cover. These "clips" are designed to fit behind the rear oil seal radius lip of the oil pan. In this fashion, the cover is "reinforced" and prevented from inward distortion at this point. Such distortion, common with the "first design" cover and often the result of striking road debris or driving through deep puddles of water, can cause the cover to interfere with the crankshaft flange and cause an alarming, but inconsequential, noise.
