    C2 - Distributor 1111293 vs 1111438

    All,

Can anyone tell me the difference between the 2 distributors other than their applications ('68 vette, 427/390 vs 327/350). They are both cast iron external adjustment, single point, tach drive & vacumn equipped distributors.

    Are there any performance differences?

    Thanks for the help!

    Triple R

    curves are 293-4 @ 500, 8.5 @ 1000, 16 @ 2500, Vacuum 6.4 @ 12"

    438-6 @ 680, 10 @ 900, 15 @ 2350, Vacuum 8 @ 15", all distributor degrees and rpm, so double both numbers for engine timing and rpm.
