Is there a secret for removing these bolts from the floor pan? I've used two cans of penetrating spray and two weeks of soaking.

I had to drill mine out on my 68 which is why I now have to buy new ones to reinstall the belts. I also tried everything and took my time but to no avail. Torch was out of the question as I have the fiberglass floor boards and didn't want to start a fire. I am ordering a new set today from Paragon, $10 for set of two.

FYI, I just learned that the benefit of getting the seatbelt bolt rather than just using a hardened hardware store bolt is that the one you order from Paragon not only has the correct head but more importantly contains a plastic insert that keeps it from vibrating loose. That makes it worth the price to me as I don't like rattles and also I wan tot know that the bolt is holding the seatbelt if and when I should need it. It's worth $5.00 per bolt to keep from being launched through the windshield.
