    Somewhere in the thread, someone got it to 327 pistons with a 350 crank. See my note above where I found the 350 pistons with 327 crank quote.

    While it sounds crazy to have it this way, if you had domed pistons, the compression would still work out. Not real efficient, but it would work. For example, a set of pistons with a 12 cc dome would give roughly 9:1 compression this way.

      Yep, it was my mistake Mike. I went back and reread some of my posts and discovered that I typed it backwards. Was supposed to be "350 pistons/327 c/shaft", as described in the original post.
