    Thanks Joe !

This will be somewhat off topic in relation to Corvettes but on topic regarding the discussion board. We have all thanked Mr. Wagooner for his tireless efforts on our behalf but now I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Joe Lucia as not only the most prolific respondent but the one with the most credibility. This is not simply my opinion but the general consensus and the numbers prove this point. There are several posts currently displayed in which Joe's answers, while posted later than others, myself included, were viewed more often than the earlier respondents, i.e. viewers skip over answers and go directly to Joe's. I am not in the least offended by this because I do it myself, but what is even more interesting is the fact that many of us don't even bother to read the question instead we simply view Joe's answer, (and the view numbers indicate this), knowing full well that it will be so detailed that reading the original question is often superfluous, a testament to Joe's Corvette knowledge and composition skills. My hat's off to you Joe, revealing my bald head.

        Joe,

You and I both know there have been a time or two when I have questioned many things (even been "scolded" for havin "thunk" such a thing), but just need to let you know you have my confidence too. TBarr #24014

I agree wholeheartedly with Jerry's sentiments. Through Joe's efforts, he has not only helped make this discussion board an extremely valuable resource for Corvette owners and admirers, he has advanced and enriched the hobby we so enjoy.

Thanks, Joe, for taking the time to help so many of us who are periodically confused, stumped, perplexed, and befuddled. We sincerely appreciate your contributions.

None of us can ever thank Joe Lucia enough. There are MANY of us that would be lost without his knowledge and advice. The man has taken his time, talents and efforts to make our worlds a lot easier. Joe, if you read this, and I know you will, your name is mentioned all the time in the best light. You have been a God Send to all of us poor souls that need help. WE ALL THANK YOU, MY FRIEND ! NOTICE TO ALL: Joe said he will be at Bloomington. If he IS there, I have already told him that his dinner saturday night is on ME ! ANYBODY get in my way, and I will SIT on them. (or fall on them, whatever the case may be). I am 48 years old, it's the only threat I can make anymore. LOL !! Hey Joe, THANKS ! George

I too find myself skipping right to the answers that Joe gives. I thought I was the only one. Also (because I own a shark) I find myself skipping right to Terry McManmon's replies too. These guys are truly walking Corvette encyclopedias and they truly amaze me with their selflessness in helping others (myself included). No doubt, we are all better for them being here.

              Regards, Bob Booth

Well I'm a little late jumping on the bandwagon, but I was busy in the garage working on my corvette, armed with the knowledge given to me by Joe Lucia & Terry McManmon in this wonderful forum. NCRS is all about people with corvettes as our common thread, and the two of you are fine examples of what makes this organization GREAT! Thanks guys! ~Juliet

It's all been said before I got here, but I'll chuck in my appreciation for Joe's efforts as well. He is one of many people who give this board a great rep for quality advice. Thanks Joe and thanks all. Bill Braun 33186
