3906398 PS pulley

I have a 3906398 power steering pulley. Deep groove, cast iron part. Can anyone help me and tell me what the original application was?

This pulley was originally used on some 1967-69 series 10-30 Chevrolet/GMC trucks with 292 cid engine. It has no passenger car applications that I can find.
