Aside from the obvious dimple in the rear where the center spine runs on the 61/2., the side attachments are completely different. The 56-60 tops have a pin which fits into a recesson the top cover moulding. On the 61-62's there is a recess in the fiberglass which allows the top to bolt on. You can probably get it on the car, but it's not going to attach properly.
