    C2 - 64 vs. 65 Frame

I have a complete '65 with a rotted out frame and I also have a '64 bare good frame. My intention is to create a '65 driver utilizing the '64 frame. What I like to understand is....What are the widgets and bracketry differences that I will have to add to the '64 frame in order to accomodate the '65 components (ie: disc brakes, etc). I am familiar with the convertible vs. coupe body mounts. Thanks.....

Unfortunately, the area of the frame most likely to be unusable is likely the one you need. The rear rails are configured differently about where the rear wheels are to allow clearance for the disk brake calipers. The stop that limits upward suspension travel is also relocated (reconfigured bracketry and moved inboard) in the same general area of the frame. Also the front crossmember has an indent under the front engine pulley in '65 that was not there in a '64.
