'67 upper spare tire tub

The upper spare tire tub on my '67 is pretty beat up, and I've been having a hard time finding a real nice original replacement. I'm wondering about the repro upper tubs out there. How do they judge out and can someone give me some insight into these repro tubs? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a repro upper tub on my '67, looks identical to the original except for a small hole drilled in each of the two "bumps" in the upper surface; also allows stowage of the same size spare tire as I have on the ground (205/75-15).

John. How is the color of the fiberglass compared to the originals?

The coloration and surface texture/visible strands looks exactly the same to me.

Would it be to much to ask where your replacement came from? & when?

There is a bunch of us out there with the same problem of banged up tubs & we would all like to know.

Mine was on the car when I bought it, but I'm pretty sure there's only one manufacturer who sells to all the vendors - they all carry it.
