Best '58-62 reproductions are from David Crane in California. He has both '58-early 62 style, large "X" and the later small "X".

agree with clup. if you buy the fiberglass repo for 300 to 500, use it a short time, find an original or a Crane's metal repo, you'll be lucky to get 50 bucks for the fiberglass piece at carlisle or thru driveline. last original i saw went for about 1200 bucks and when crane first repo'd the metal ones(which are pretty close to originals), he sold a bunch of us a half doz or so repos for less than 600 bucks a piece. call Dave Crane and see what you can get the repo for. avoid the fiberglass aircleaners. mike

I've seen a Crane and an orig side by side and you can't tell the difference. Crane made his pattern from an NOS air cleaner, it is Very good.
