I'm aware of what the JM calls for, size, headmark, etc., but I was wondering if there were any other drain plugs originally installed. All I ever see on Ebay is the circled "A" headmark. I thought like other bolts used on these cars, there might be a plug with a different headmarking originally installed...

The description in the '67 JG is in error (hex head 3/4" across the flats, 1/8" thick); they were 7/8" across the flats and 1/4" thick. I've submitted a recommendation to revise the description, and to add the circle-A, L, and TR headmarks.Comment

There have been quite a few of these drain plugs selling for a good price on ebay lately. All seem to be the version with the circled "A".Comment

That's because a lot of folks have been "conditioned" that the circle-A plug is the only one that's correct for CorvettesComment
