1964 Blue Trim 490BA carpet color

I am considering a 64 daytona coupe with a blue vinly interior coded 490BA (march 64). The carpet is quite a bit lighter in color when compared to the dash pads, seats, panels, and liner. Is this correct. If I knew how to insert a photo I would.

The '64 carpet was a dark blue, what you have is more like the '65-66 bright blue interiors.

Hi Jim

I have a '63 with the dark blue interior, and there are several distinct shades of blue throughout the interior. Nothing matches perfectly. However, the carpet and the dash pads are fairly close, much closer than what I see in this picture.
