I just purchased new gauges from corvette central the new battery gauge has two studs ohe back The original gauge had three studs. It mounted okay and I was able to put both terminals in place but there is an empty hole . Is this the way the new delco gauges come?

Not only do the NEW REPO DELCO gauges come that way BUT the last batch of original Delco amp gauges were made that way. The repo people (Tiawan) copied the wrong originals.
They work fine and the judges won't bend their necks to check and most don't know the difference. Maybe now they do! Maybe?
