I first seen he wheels at the Windsor national he had some there for sale. Also a couple friends have bought from him since then. I think they look great. There is also Eric Freeman. I don't have his contact info. Others will chime in about his steering wheels. I've never seen any but been told there great to. Mike

      Jer -

Try "Teak Freaks", 17813 Edwards Rd., Doylestown, Ohio, (216) 658-5978 (area code MAY have changed to 330); they have the original GM Inland Division teak wheel tooling.

Eric Freeman is in Charlotte NC. Maybe Jim Gregg will chime in with his phone #. His wheels are VERY good

          Eric's phone is 704 510-2250

          DRVETTEJr@aol.com

His business card does not mention restorations but I am sure if he doesn't he knows who does.

I have used a few of Eric's new wheels, and they are very good.

I would think that anyone who refinishes furniture could do a fine job with restoring an original wheel. I don't think it necessarily has to be shipped anywhere. I have a couple of patients, for example, who would likely do this type of work if I needed it done.

I will throw in my two cents and say that Eric Freeman would be a good choice. He did a wheel for me and it came out excellent, not only that but the wheel got scratched somehow (my fault) before I got it on the car and he repaired it for free.
