Re: Anyone have haz warning option on their '66?
Thanks Frank...
Does your wiring harness have 2 black, single row connectors, and one double row, or 2 double row?
The orange wire that goes to the fuse box to the BATT slot has a second wire coming out of its' connector. How long is that unused wire and what type of connector is on the end?
Is the nut that goes on the outside of the parking brake handle bracket to hold the switch the thin, round type with ridges on the edge? I'm can't find that type anywhere...so far.- Top

Rob - the connector attached to the irange tail wire is somewhere between 25% and 50% larger than the one that plugs into the battery slot. The orange wire going into it is exactly the same size as the other. I do not see any numbers on the connector.- Top

Re: Anyone have haz warning option on their '66?
Oops - I apologize for goofing this one up. Although the tail connector is similar and certainly larger it is not identical to the other connector. The tail connector as I said is a single spade connector (male) The other connector which plugs into the Bat slot would be considered a "female". The spade on the tail connector is in fact made so that you could plug another female type connector into it. Sorry for any inconvenience. Looks like I better adjust my presciption. Kent thanks for catching this.- Top
