    1964 door moulding installation

I had the 64 painted and obtained new main rubber mouldings for the doors. Is there information in the archives for proper installation of these mouldings since they are in one long length. Does the seam go to the bottom, front back or top of the door. Does anyone have recommendation for the door moulding glue. I did try to find this information by a search but to no avail.
    Thank you for any help.

Seam is on the bottom. 3M yellow weatherstrip adhesive will do the job. Clean the weatherstripping with a solvent before gluing to remove release agent. Use plenty of masking tape to hold stripping in place while glue sets. Do short runs of glue and work your way around door. Get some help......this is a potentially messy job.....

Forgot... have some 3M adhesive cleaner/remover on hand... just in case!
