Use for catalytic converter PN 25056673?

I found a brand new catalytic converter while cleaning out my late brother's garage. Part number 25056673, withc "AC" embossed on it. Can anyone tell me what car(s) it is designed for? He had an '81 Vette, but it doesn't fit that car. Also has a '97 Caddy Deville and a F*rd Explorer from about '95. If it doesn't fit any of these cars, any ideas what I should do with it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

GM #25056673 is a catalytic converter SHELL. So, it is a repair component of a converter, but not the complete unit. It was used across the entire GM car and light truck line except for Oldsmobile. I can't find any specific application for it, but I can tell you that it does not service any Corvette application. Also, it does not service the '97 Cadillac or Ford applications. I would "guesstimate" that it was used for some mid to later 80's applications. It was discontinued from SERVICE without supercession in February, 1973.
